Zaza Raw is a Boulder-based bakery started in the spring of 2011 by Elisabeth Saucier. Raw, gluten-dairy-soy-free products include a cheesecake, chocolate granche , coconut square and seasonal offerings. Zaza Raw can be found in the freezer section at all Rocky Mountian Region Whole Foods stores, Alafala’s Market, Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage and Bodywork Bistro.
